Apple Files Case against IOS 26 leaks against YouTuber Jon Prosser

Apple has filed a legal case against the famous technology youtuber John Prose and his colleague Michael Ramashoti. The company accused him of leaking secret facilities from iOS 26, which was accessed from a confidential development iPhone.

 iOS 26 features leaked

John Prosar and Michael Ramashoti leaked the characteristics of iOS 26 before officially announced.

This information was taken from a development iPhone which belonged to an apple employee named Ethan Lipnik. The clerk is now expelled by the apple.

What is the leaked of iOS 26

In the video and podcast posted earlier this year, John Prosar revealed some new features in iOS 26:

A re -designed camera app

Layout a new message with round corners A unique design called "liquid glass" UI

These details were very close to the characteristics that Apple officially declared later.

How to get information

Ramashoti allegedly achieved access to development iPhone using clerical passcods. He then worked with the processor to leak the information.

Prosar allegedly looked at the iOS 26 features via facetime call, which he screened and used in his video.

What does apple want

A court order to prevent further leaks (prohibitory orders).

Financial compensation from processor and Ramcatti. Apple says that the leaked devices had significant trade mystery.

Apple also says that the clerk did not report the leakage, even though other people told them that they had seen their apartments in the backdrop of the leaked video.

Processor's response

John Proser replied on social media:

He refused to know that he was involved in any illegal activity. He said that he was unaware of the whole situation. He said that he is eager to talk with Apple to explain his side.

Why does it matter

Apple takes intellectual property and leaks very seriously.

The result of this case can determine an example for future technical leak cases.

More updates may come because both sides prepare their arguments.
